The Noon Show, a production of Townsquare Media, is a daily community-based talk show airing on Catfish 100.1, Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 1:00 P.M. in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The show, streamed live everywhere on the Catfish Tuscaloosa app, is hosted by Lisa Jones and Johnnie Aycock.
The Noon Show is focused on building community one story at a time through the people of the Tuscaloosa/West Alabama region. On air guests include decision-makers, influencers, unique personalities, nonprofits and community leaders, local musicians, and people from all walks of life sharing stories about area events, issues, volunteer opportunities, happenings and the insights about what makes the community so special and livable.
The Noon Show programs can also be accessed on our podcasts which are available on most podcast platforms and the Catfish Tuscaloosa website.

Johnnie Aycock
Johnnie Aycock, a long-time civic and business leader in Tuscaloosa, served as President & CEO of The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama for 28 years prior to retirement in 2010. He is the founder and managing partner of the Rainforest Leadership Group; former Special Assistant to the President and Senior Economic & Workforce Development Advisor for The University of West Alabama; a former Senior Fellow of Partners for Livable Communities; Senior Grant Consultant for Paths for Success Foundation; is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach; and provides commercial ‘voice over’ talent across the country.
Lisa Jones
Lisa Jones has enjoyed an extensive career working with individuals throughout higher education, including 27 years at the University of Alabama’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Following retirement from the University, she now serves as Director of Higher Education Relations for I. W. Tremont Corporation, representing LabExact. Lisa is an active member of the National Association of Scientific Materials Manager and was the recipient of the 2024 NAOSMM Distinguished Service Award. Active in the community, she is the co-host of Tuscaloosa’s Got Talent, Vice President of Education of the Stillman College Toastmasters, First United Methodist and participates in a wide range of dance and improv activities.
